- Can I pay on-site?
- Reservations are primarily made through our website and require prior payment.
- Do the rooms have baths?
- Yes, all units are equipped with a bath and toilet. Not only that, each room is outfitted with a private sauna.
- Are there TVs in the rooms?
- Sorry, there are no TVs in the rooms. However, we do offer projector rentals. Please note that availability is limited, so we recommend notifying us in advance if you would like to use one.
- Are there any smoking rooms available?
- All rooms are non-smoking. We will direct you to the designated smoking areas at check-in.
- Is it possible to stay with more guests than the room capacity allows?
- Each room has a capacity limit set by local fire safety regulations. For the safety of all guests, we cannot accommodate more people than the room’s designated capacity.
- Can children stay at the inn?
- As a general rule, we do not accommodate children. However, there are exceptions depending on the situation of our customers. Please consult with us at the time of booking to discuss possible arrangements.
- Can I bring my pet to stay with me?
- Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets.
- Can I check in early?
- We do not accept early check-ins. We can only accommodate check-ins starting from 3 PM. If your arrival time changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Can you hold on to my luggage before check-in or can I send it by mail before arrival?
- We accept luggage in advance. If you plan to bring your luggage before check-in, please notify us of your estimated arrival time in advance as there may be times when our staff is unavailable. If you send luggage by mail, please send it to the address on our website, including the reservation holder's full name and check-in date. Please arrange for the luggage to arrive on the morning of your check-in day.
- Is there parking available?
- Yes, we offer free parking for our guests.
- Is the inn wheelchair accessible?
- Our establishment is not wheelchair accessible. We have maintained the traditional charm of an old-fashioned house, including several steps. We humbly ask for your understanding.
- Can you recommend activities or ways to spend time during our stay?
- The traditional handcraft experience center Takumishuku is located right next to our inn. You can experience various crafts such as bamboo latticeware, pottery, indigo dyeing, tea dyeing, woodworking, and lacquer work. Taking a stroll around the neighborhood is also a great way to experience the local charm and nature.
- Is it possible to extend the checkout time?
- Unfortunately, we do not offer late checkout.
- If I stay multiple nights, will the meal menus change?
- Unfortunately, we are unable to change the meal menus.
- Can you accommodate food allergies?
- We strive to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions whenever possible. Please inform us of any dietary needs at the time of booking. We are unable to make adjustments on the day of your meal. Please also note that our kitchen spaces use common equipment, which may not be suitable for guests with severe allergies. Please keep this in mind when making reservations.

Via the Seishin Bypass: A mere 200 meters east from the Mariko IC exit.
Via the Tomei Expressway: Just 7 km from Shizuoka IC, a swift 15-minute drive. Approximately 15 km from Yaizu IC, about 30 minutes.
Via the Shin-Tomei Expressway: Roughly 15 km from the Shin-Shizuoka IC, around 20 minutes. Roughly 9 km from Shizuoka Smart IC, around 16 minutes.

For Guests Arriving by Train or Bus
From JR Shizuoka Station North Exit, take the Shizutetsu Justline from Bus Stop No. 7. For the latest timetable, kindly check the Shizutetsu Bus website. Take the bus towards Fujieda Station (藤枝駅前行き) on the Chubu National Route Line. Get off at the Togeppo Takumishuku Entrance. Our reception desk is a brisk two-minute walk from there.

Enjoy a smooth 20-minute journey from JR Shizuoka Station, with an estimated fare of around 3,000 yen.
Arriving from the Mt. Fuji Shizuoka Airport
Take the Mt. Fuji Shizuoka Airport Access Bus towards Fujieda Station.
Get off at Fujieda Station. You can’t miss it as it’s the last stop.
Then, take the bus towards Shin-Shizuoka on the Chubu National Route Line, and get off at Togeppo Sumpu Takumishuku Entrance, followed by a leisurely five-minute stroll to relaxation and comfort.
