The seafood is hand-selected by Naoki Maeda of Sasue Maeda Fish Shop, a trusted name among Japan’s top restaurants. Suruga Bay’s rich waters, lovingly grown local vegetables, and wild game delivered directly by hunters set the stage for Simple’s menu.
